Precast concrete balcony products are surface or spatial elements designed for creating cantilever prefabricates in civil and housing developments. The prefabricates can be fitted with elements for breaking the thermal bridge and are coupled to a hollow core slab, a filigree slab, or a monolithic floor structure.

TYPES

Reinforced precast balcony elements are made to order according to the requirement of the project, where the minimum thickness is 160 mm. The elements may include fittings for anchoring railing elements.
