Design team

The design team consists of experienced structural engineers and building designers, which is supplemented by the work of other design companies and specialists if necessary.

The design team prepares the design documentation of the structural part from the initial study to the production documentation.

Structural calculations are performed in the following programs: RIB construction software, ATENA 2D and 3D (Červenka Consulting), statics for non-linear calculations ATENA-GiD fire resistance calculation, SCIA Engineer, Fine GEO, Geotechnical calculations, IDEA RS. Assessment of reinforced concrete cross-sections – custom programs in MS Excel and custom documentation processed in AutoCAD, reinforcment add-on Recoc.

The proposed project is presented to the customer in a 3D model in PDF format. We provide comprehensive design in the field of precast reinforced concrete structures and concrete building elements. The design team provides optimization of precast structures, detailed structural calculations and technical supervision during the construction and commissioning phases. As part of the contract preparation, we prepare quotations as early as the investment plan and initial design phase. This preparation includes static calculations, based on which the entire structure is dimensioned. A wide product range enables us to offer optimised solutions according to the needs of the client. These include, for example, footing pockets, grade beams, girders, braces, gable beams, trusses, purlins, sandwich grade beams, sandwich panels, wall panels, staircases and stair landings, filigree, Spiroll pre-stressed floor slabs etc.

The technical level of products

The use of universal moulding equipment allows the cross-section and shape of components to be changed, making the production possibilities of these parts almost unlimited. All parts are
manufactured to European standards with the following characteristics.

• Elements are equipped with anchoring and hanging devices.
• Quality of elements allows uncoated products to be left in aesthetically less demanding areas.
