PREFA APPLICATION

This project deals with using reinforced concrete prefabricates for different purposes than reservoirs for which they are used now. They are especially box-type module systems for building smaller objects and water management buildings.

The output of the project will be the following points:

  • dimensional series of box-type units which can be used to build given objects
  • system of their connection without using wet systems at the building site
  • waterproof system of sealing joints

Advantages compared to the existing solutions:

  • Fast designing – a customer presents his demands (two-class kindergarden) a designer will be able to make a project within hours according to the shape, tilt, and size of the land
  • Fast manufacturing of prefabricates (e.g.3 days for the two-class kindergarden)
  • Fast building (rough construction in 2 days)

Within this project, certain technical measures will be taken in order to significantly lower energy consumption of the company’s administration building. This will involve thermal insulation, reconstruction of energy networks, photovoltaics and lighting installation. Everything in accordance with energy audit.
