Precast stairway flights allow for a quick and cheap construction of stairs in flat, civic, and industrial objects.

SHAPES OF STAIRWAY FLIGHTS

Stairway flights are flat segments of rectangular shape with treads and landings. They could also be made in spiral shape.

DIMENSION RESTRICTIONS

  • width of treads (b) – 220 – 320mm
  • height of treads (h) – 150 – 200mm
  • panel thickness (d) – 100 – 200mm
  • length of landings (D1, D2) – max. 1750mm
  • width of flights (l) – 900 – 2000mm
  • number of steps (n) – max. 18

MATERIAL

Reinforced C30/37 concrete (acc.to project documents)

SURFACE FINISH

  • Smooth print from mold (allowing to finish the surface with paint, PVC, tiles, stone etc.)
  • Anti-slip strip

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

  • provided by the customer (we require sketches of shape and reinforcement)
  • provided by the manufacturer (after consulting with the customer)
