Reinforced concrete precast parts for the construction of family swimming pools are used in places where there is appropriate access for crane trucks and trucks with semi-trailers.

The floor plan of the pool is always rectangular in shape, composed of one or more precast elements. We can adapt the length, width and depth of the desired pool to the customer’s needs and our production capabilities.

The precast concrete used is made of C40/50 class reinforced concrete and is watertight. The reinforced concrete body is usually placed in a pre-dug pit, on a compacted gravel bed of 0-32mm fraction, 250mm thick, according to local geological conditions.

The penetrations for all technology (nozzles, skimmer, bottom outlet, lights) are fitted at the time of manufacture, thus avoiding complicated and expensive core drilling on site. Once the prefabricated pool is installed in the construction pit, the inside of the pool is usually covered with thermal insulation, non-woven geotextile and pool liner. 

The pools are also supplied with technological shafts (1200x900x1200; 1500x1500x1300), depending on the used water purification technology. These shafts are mainly designed for installation in the ground, but it is also possible to use them on the surface.
