SPIROLL pre-stressed floor slabs serve to create floor and roof structures of buildings. Due to their high load-bearing capacity, reduced weight through hollow cores, and perfect material utilization thanks to pre-stressed reinforcement, the slabs are particularly suitable for larger spans. Longitudinal and diagonal cuts allow the slabs to be adapted to individual customer needs for unconventional building designs.
TYPES
Slabs with a nominal width of 1 200 mm and heights of 160, 200, 250, 265, 320, and 400 mm are available to order in lengths in 10 mm increments.
CONSTRUCTION, VARIANTS
The technology of production on long-casting beds makes it possible to supply components in exactly the required lengths. The slabs are lightened by longitudinal hollow cores, the reinforcement consists of pre-stressed steel wire ropes. The number, diameter, and location of the ropes are determined by the maximum load and slab length.
